This policy applies to all items purchased through the official NATURE MAGIC website. For purchases from third-party retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• If a product is opened and a quality issue is found (e.g., damaged packaging, foreign objects, spoilage), please take photos, keep the product, and contact customer service immediately.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
3. Refund Process
• Once eligibility for a refund is confirmed, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Bank processing times may vary; please check your bank notifications.
4. Shipping Costs
• For returns/exchanges due to quality issues or delivery errors, all shipping costs will be covered by NATURE MAGIC.
• For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong flavor, pet dislikes it - must be unopened), we also offer a one-time free pickup service as a gesture of support for pet parents.
5. Donation Program
• For opened products that are not suitable for your pet (non-quality issues), we encourage participation in our "Donation Program".
• We will help donate these food items to our partner animal shelters. This does not involve a monetary refund, but we will offer a discount on your next purchase as a thank you for your kindness.
